How will my order be sent? All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service and arrive within 2-3 business days. So you’ll get your order fast!
Do you ship outside of the USA? At this time we are not set up for international orders.
Will I be charged sales tax? A 6.5% sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within the state of Florida.
Can I place a gift order? Absolutely, and we’d be happy to send a gift card along with your order. Your personalized message can be easily entered; simply add your message in the "Order Comments" box during the checkout process. As a courtesy, we omit prices on the packing slip if you enter a gift message.
What is your privacy policy? Your privacy is strictly guarded - your personal information will never be sold, traded or rented to others.
Is my credit card information secure? In order to keep your credit card and personal information confidential, all order and payment information is processed safely and securely using (SSL) Secure Socket Layer, a technology that encrypts information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

FAQ EasyFile:
Are the folder labels preprinted or will I have to print them on my home printer? For your convenience our labels are preprinted for you - each with an additional line to further customize the label. We also include several blank labels in each color category as well. Everything is ready to go; you choose the labels that suit your needs, customize them if you wish, and you’ll be organized in no time!
Are file folders and hanging files included with my kit? No, folders and hanging files are not included with your EasyFile Kit. We've found the additional cost for shipping so expensive for our customers - as folders and hanging files are very heavy - we recommend they be purchased at your local office supply to save you a bit of cash. Or they can be purchased online directly from our affiliate Office Depot office supply company.
What type of file folders and other filing supplies will I need?
File Folders:
Purchase: 1/3 cut file folders, *single position, (letter or legal size).
1st tab position (far left) recommended - sold in quantities of 100 folders per box.
*We recommend setting up your EasyFile home filing system using the straight-line filing method, where folder tabs are placed one behind the other in a single position.
Hanging Files:
Purchase: 1/3 cut, standard green hanging files, (letter or legal size).
Sold in quantities of 25 per box - 1/3 cut plastic index tab covers included.
If you already have the hanging files, you’ll just need 1/3 cut (3-inch) plastic tabs
Can you tell me what type of labels there are, it's hard to tell from the picture? Each of the 7 colors you see displayed in our self-adhesive folder labels represent more specific areas of personal, financial, and home management files. They cover the topics of:

FAQ Fishing & Hunting Logs:
Is this fishing log book waterproof? Our fishing log books are not printed on "waterproof paper" but on a heavy stock that holds up very nicely - we have lots of Captains and Anglers who've been carrying them on their boats for years with no problems.
I am interested in purchasing an Angler's Log Book, but I would like to know the size of the binders and the sheets that are inserted in the binder. The size of our fishing logs vary by the style you choose.
The Comb Bound measures about 9 x 6.
The Polyethylene 3 Ring Binder version measures 9 ¼ x 7 ¼ inches.
The Zippered # Ring Binder version measures 10 ¾ x 7 ¾ inches.
All interior log pages measure 8 ½ x 5 ½ inches; are generously spaced, designed with fill-in-the-blank & check-box entries, with additional space for notes.
Does your log work for fresh and saltwater fishing? Thanks for your note. Our log book is designed to be used by both fresh and saltwater anglers. The “Water Conditions” section allows you to record (by check-box and note entry) the water temperature, clarity (clear, stained, muddy etc.), water level (high, low, normal), depth and salinity (fresh, salt, brackish).
